Taylor Pressform is a family owned and run company with a long history in the presswork business and has traded under the name of Steelcraft. The company started by providing sub-contact services to the automotive, construction and general engineering industries and developed in to one of the major manufactures of replacement body panels for classic sports cars such as MGB, Midget, Spitfire and Jaguar car ranges.
The company has now added to its area of expertise the capability of supplying prototype and pre-production of pressing as a third tier supplier to the automotive industry. As a result the company has supplied parts for projects at Jaguar, Rolls Royce, Mercedes, Ford and Rover though specialist companies involved in vehicle development work.
